Welcome! We are Michael and Jeslyn Mendes, the proud owners of J & R Advanced Tool Repair & Logistics, located in the small town of Tulare, California.

Named after our beautiful children, Jax and Raegan, J & R is built on the foundation of family. On occasion, you will see the mini bosses around the shop taking care of business. When we are not working, we cherish family time and make it our top priority. You will usually find us on a camping trip next to the beach, or out on the lake creating memories.

Michael’s passion for tools ignited early on, tinkering with things around the house with his father, and always eager to learn how they worked. With a diverse background involving dairy farming, mechanics, and crane operation, his career path has instilled in him a deep understanding of the importance of reliable, high-quality tools. These experiences led him to become a successful tool salesman and the owner of a thriving tool repair business.

With over a decade of experience as a tool salesman in California’s Central Valley, Michael has developed a deep understanding of customer needs and industry trends. Known for our genuine and high-quality work, we have served customers near and far for many years. We are dedicated to maintaining this trust and providing exceptional service for years to come.
